We manufacture heated towel rails and bathroom products. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received as per agreed terms.

Prices may change without prior notice. Full or partial payment must be made before dispatch.

We aim to deliver within committed timelines; however, delays due to logistics or unforeseen issues may occur.

Returns are accepted as per our 30-day return policy. Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

All products come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Damage due to improper installation or misuse is not covered.

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
