1.⁠ ⁠Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick assistance.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless found defective.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
